Paul Michael Solis III, 35, of Cleburne, passed away September 23, 2021, in Cleburne. He was born July 28, 1986, in Cleburne to Paul Solis Jr., and Angelita Longoria Solis. Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 P.M., Wednesday, September 29, 2021, in the Crosier-Pearson Cleburne Chapel. Paul was a custodian for Child Protective Services in Cleburne. Paul possessed a gift when it came to playing the guitar, that gift bled over into the construction of guitars. He had a long list of skills of which he acquired by keeping a close eye on his late grandfather, Joe Longoria. He had an interesting enjoyment for buying unconventional items from online auctions. Paul is survived by his mother, Angelita Solis of Cleburne; fiancée, Rachael Smauley of Cleburne; brother, Rocky Solis and wife, Patricia of Cleburne; nephews, Joaquin, Roman, and Emilio Solis; uncles, Joe Solis of Grandview, John Longoria of Cleburne, Manuel Longoria of Cleburne, Adam Martinez of Cleburne, Mathew Longoria of Cleburne, and Raymond Longoria of Cleburne; aunts, Stella Degina of Cleburne, Lucy Quisenbury of Grandview, and Diyana Razo of Cleburne; great-aunts, Petra Garza and husband Lee of Joshua, and Hortense Cavazos of Cleburne; grandmother, Maria Rubio of Cleburne; along with many more aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. Paul is preceded in death by his father, Paul Solis Jr.; grandfather, Joe Longoria, grandmother, Josie Solis; uncle, Joe Longoria; along with several other family members.
