He was a Construction Worker. He was preceded in death by His Wife, Carol Mims Cox; Wife, Sara "Sue" Welch Cox; Father, Moody Lee Cox; Mother, Mary Alice Cox; Son, Harvey Cox, Jr.; Sister, Mary Lorriane Pogue; Stepdaughter, Sonya Gamache.
