Long time Kitsap County resident, Allen R. Miller, passed away at Liberty Shores Senior Living Center on September 14, 2021. He is survived by two sisters, Ruth Bowman and Doris Pile, three daughters, Linda Frazier, Sandy Wenberg, Kathy Raymond, and their families. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce. There will be a graveside memorial service at the Port Blakely Cemetery on Bainbridge Island on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 1:00 PM.
