It is with great sadness that the family of Mary Elizabeth Rose announces her passing at the Central Newfoundland Health Centre in Grand Falls-Windsor on Monday, September 20, 2021, age 66 years of Harbour Breton. Mary leaves to mourn her loving family: husband, Everett, married 45 years; son, Chris (Gayla) at Paradise; daughter, Sherry Cox at Harbour Breton; grandchildren, Dennis Cox, Summer Rose and Greydon Rose; mother, Frances Cox; brothers, Thomas Cox (Bernice) and Wayne Cox (Marina) all at Harbour Breton; sisters, Lillian Cox at Harbour Breton, Margaret Garrlick at London, ON, Patricia Marsden (John) at Burgeo and Anne Marie Rose (Robert) at Brooks, AB; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mary was predeceased by her son, Everett; father, Reginald Cox; brother in law, Gerald Fiander; daughter in law, Alana Rose; parents in law, Norman and Julia Rose; nephew, Brandon Cox. Visitation was held at Spencer’s Funeral Home on Wednesday, September 22 from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm and on Thursday, September 23 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm, and from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm. COVID-19 rules were followed. Funeral Service was held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church at Harbour Breton with Father David Joy officiating.April 5, 1955 - September 20, 202104/05/195509/20/2021
