Ricardo Winters Guerra, age 58, of Carrollton, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021, at his home. A memorial service will be held at a later date. He was born on September 8, 1963 in San Antonio, Texas and was the son of the late Roy Guerra, Sr. and Clara Winters Guerra. Ricardo worked as a welder for many years. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Clara Guerra; one son, Daniel Guerra; one sister, Betty Guerra; and two brothers, Ray Guerra and Roland Guerra. Ricardo is survived by his wife, Amanda Guerra of Carrollton; two daughters, Mandy Guerra and Miley Guerra, both of Carrollton; two sons, Jonathan Guerra and Michael Guerra, both of Denton, Texas; five sisters, Frances Reyes of Sacramento, California, Mary Helen Guerra of San Antonio, Texas, Shirley Noland of Holcomb, Barbara Bergeron of Belzoni, and JoAnn Gonzales of San Antonio; one brother, Roy Guerra, Jr. of Yucaipa, California; and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Mortimer National Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
