Ms. Mary O'Keefe, 61, of Murray, Kentucky, died peacefully on September 19, 2021 at the Anna Mae Owen Residential Hospice House in Murray. Ms. O'Keefe was born on March 3, 1960 in Decatur, IL to the late Clyde and Ada Rex Heckwine. She is preceded in death by her husband, Scott O'Keefe; a son, Scott Michael O'Keefe and a brother, Donnie Tate. Those left to cherish her memory include a daughter, Stephanie Michalak and husband Jerrod of Drake, CO; five brothers, Bobby Tate, R. Clyde Heckwine, John Tate, Chuck Heckwine, Danny Heckwine; sisters, Anna Vest, Katherine Bonacoursey and three grandchildren, Mason, Aubree and Remington. A private family burial will be held.
