<p>Age 27, of Burnsville, MN passed away peacefully on September 7th, 2021.</p> <p>Kassidy was preceded in death by her Grandma Lucy Pierson; Grandma Carol Heath &amp; beloved family friend John Hoffman.</p> <p>Kassidy is survived by her fianc&eacute; Christopher Pittman, son Hunter Pittman; Momma TK Dunn (formerly Tammy Heath Pierson); siblings Kaleb &amp; (Ashlee) Pierson, Kasey &amp; (Noah) Metzger, Kady Pierson, Lyndee Barrett; several cherished nieces &amp; nephews: Jaxon, Liam, Titus, Josiah, Evelyn, Oliver, Rylee, Reagan, Braxton &amp; Nicky; father Scott Pierson; Uncle Malcolm Heath; best friend Megan Steffens; bonus family members &ndash; Jake Faircloth; Eric &amp; Shelley Marbut; and her cats: Church, Jigsaw &amp; Link.</p> <p>NE Minneapolis, Anoka &amp; Plymouth were some of the cities Kassidy called home before she settled in Burnsville.</p> <p>Kassidy live life to the fullest and loved her family &amp; friends deeply. Kassidy&rsquo;s world revolved around the love-of-her-life Chris, Hunter, her immediate family and dear friends&hellip;while she put her soul into crafts, embraced many genres of music, loved any type of gathering (especially with food!), found peace when camping, and relished in her ability to make people laugh.</p> <p>Kassidy was a fighter, strong, smart &amp; funny (Hunter&rsquo;s words).</p> <p>Kassidy was a fierce advocate for Melanoma awareness and garnered an international following in her quest to help others live. Our thanks to the amazing oncology team &amp; support staff at Mayo Clinics in Rochester, MN.</p> <p>Celebration of Life service 2:30 pm September 26th at Riverdale Assembly of God, 3210 Bunker Lake Blvd NW, Andover, MN 55304.&nbsp;</p> <p>A one-hour coffee &amp; cookie reception will follow the service with an opportunity to greet family.</p> <p>There will also be an informal evening gathering for Kassidy&rsquo;s friends, colleagues and others who knew her personally to join her family to share food, drink, stories and laughter at Rum River Regional Park at 5 pm. Celebration of Life service 2:30 pm September 26th at Riverdale Assembly of God, 3210 Bunker Lake Blvd NW, Andover, MN 55304. 

A one-hour coffee & cookie reception will follow the service with an opportunity to greet family.
