Rickey Lee Klendworth, 64, of Long Point, IL passed away at 5:41 p.m. on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at his residence.
He was born on February 5, 1957 in Streator, IL a son of Carl and MaDonna Gaede Klendworth. He married Lorna Woltzen on December 23, 1991 in Pontiac, IL. She survives.
Survivors include his wife, Lorna Klendworth of Long Point, IL; mother, MaDonna Klendworth of Dana; son, Nathan (Breanne) Murray of El Paso; grandson, Kaiden; brother, John Scott (Karen) Klendworth of Bloomington; nephews, Douglas(Challis) Klendworth; Danial Klendworth both of Jacksonville, IL; several great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Carl Klendworth.
Rick did a lot of different things in his life from over the road trucking, mechanic, plumber, excavating, tile repair and farming. He loved his family, neighbors and had lots of friends. He loved to work but his greatest passion was fishing with his son and grandson and listening to 60's on 6 music in his shop.
Cremation will be accorded. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m.  on Monday, September 20, 2021 at Dana Cemetery. Pastor JoAnn Ruff will officiate. Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home in Minonk is assisting the family with arrangements.
