Mary E. Boshers

Mary E. Boshers, 108, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Calhoun County Medical Care Facility. She was born on June 25, 1913, the daughter of John W. Jackson and Lizzie (Lanning) Jackson. Mary is survived by her son, Charles William (Norma) Bosher; grandchildren, Diana (Darrel) Hawthorne, Sandra Barnes, Angel (James) Downey, and Nick (Andrea) Brown; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, James Bramble and Ollie Boshers. Mary enjoyed flower gardening, deer hunting, fishing and spending time with her family. She always enjoyed wintering in Florida. Mary is a former member of the Dahlia flower club. The funeral service will be held at the Baxter Funeral & Cremation Service, 375 W. Dickman Road, on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, 1:00 pm with the family receiving friends one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow in Newton Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Mary’s name may be made to the Diabetes Association.

So sorry for your loss, Mary was one of a million who seemed young at heart and who would live forever. Seems like she did at 108 years young. I still use the rug she made and will cherish it forever. May she rest in peace......
