Charles Davis

Charles R. Davis, 66, of Scottsburg, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Norton's Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky. He was born on November 26, 1954 in Madison, Indiana , the son of the late Raymond and Shirley (Long) Davis. Charles graduated from New Washington High School and attended Prosser Vocational School in New Albany. On October 27, 1974 he married Sandy (Goodin) Davis, who survives. Charles was an avid golfer belonging to the Westwood Golf Course in Scottsburg, Indiana, also he was a member of the Fur Takers of America. He also enjoyed trapping, bowling, and fishing. Charles was preceded in death by his parents; Raymond and Shirley(Long) Davis and son; Joseph Davis. Survivors include his wife, Sandy (Goodin) Davis, sister, Sharla (Randy) Hostetler of Nabb, Indiana; nephew, Ryan (Michelle) Hostetler; four great nephews, Hunter, Dalton, Luke, and Easton; and one great niece, Ava.
