John O Dodson

John O Dodson, 93 of Wenonah, New Jersey, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 14, 2021. Legacy He was loving and caring husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, uncle and friend. Jack enjoyed sports especially baseball and college basketball. He was an avid fan of the Phillies and University of Penn. He was a graduate of LaSalle University then worked with Rohm and Haas for 41 years. Jack was a proud member of the United States Army and served during the Korean Conflict during 1950 to 1952. Family He is the beloved husband of 44 years to Madeline "Micky" Dodson (nee Rizzuto) and the late Margaret Mary Dodson (nee Ulrich). Devoted father of Kathleen M. Miller (Gary), Karen A. Herbert, John E. Dodson (Katherine), David W. Dodson (Marie); step-father of Eileen Salvatore (Michael), the late Paul Morse, Anthony Morse (Sue) and Esther Morse. Grandfather of 16 and great grandfather of 22. Predeceased by his parents Iva and John O. Dodson, and dear brother of Mary Lou Morton and Rodney Sees. He will be missed by family and friends. Farewell Tribute Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing on Monday, September 20th from 5:00PM to 7:00PM and Tuesday September 21st from 11:00AM to 12:00PM in the McGuinness Funeral Home 34 Hunter Street, Woodbury NJ 08096. Funeral Service at 12:00PM. Interment St. Joseph's Cemetery Swedesboro, NJ.
