<p>Taft &ndash; Rosa Castillo Centeno passed away September 14, 2021. She was 73.</p> <p>Rosa was born July 25, 1948 in Taft, Texas to Isabel (Rivera) and Pedro Castillo. She was a resident of Corpus Christi for many years, and recently had moved back to Taft. Rosa was a beloved Mother and homemaker. She loved her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her extended family. This world will be a lonely place without her presence. She will be missed by all who knew her.</p> <p>Rosa is preceded in death by her parents: Pedro and Isabel Castillo; brothers: Alfredo Castillo, Enrique Castillo and Domingo Castillo; and sister: Estella Compian.</p> <p>Survivors include her children: Mary Centeno from Portland, Texas; Trinidad Centeno from Taft, Texas; Rudy Centeno (Melissa) from Corpus Christi, Texas; Steve Centeno from Taft, Texas; Gracie Mata (Rey) from Taft, Texas; Olivia Centeno from Corpus Christi, Texas; Arturo Castillo from Austin, Texas; Roland Castillo (Michelle) from Corpus Christi, Texas; Carlos Centeno, Jr. from Houston, Texas; 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; numerous great-great grandchildren; brother: Pedro Castillo (Margarita) from Houston, Texas; sisters: Diana Alvarez and Esmeralda Delao (Primo), all from Houston, Texas.</p> <p>All services will be private.</p> <p>Guestbook available online at www.resthavenfunerals.com</p> <p>Arrangements and care entrusted to Resthaven Funeral Home, Sinton.</p>

Taft – Rosa Castillo Centeno passed away September 14, 2021. She was 73.

Rosa was born July 25, 1948 in Taft, Texas to Isabel (Rivera) and Pedro Castillo. She was a resident of Corpus Christi for many years, and recently had moved back to Taft.
