Kathleen C. “Kathi” Larsen of Sequim, Washington, passed away peacefully on April 28, 2021 at her home with her family at her side. She was 61. Kathi was born July 23, 1959 in Long Beach, California, one of three children to parents James and Barbara (Newlin) Christiansen. She worked in the mortgage industry as a loan officer with Evergreen Home Loans. She loved her community of Sequim, her family and her dogs. She was an advocate for all and loved Jesus. She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Larsen of Sequim, WA and their two children, Nichole Nigam and Ronald Larsen Jr., both of San Diego, CA; six grandchildren, Ila, Kaya, Ethan, Jackson, Alka and Lilly Rose. She also leaves behind a niece, Brittany, a brother Chris Christiansen and a sister, Sherry. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, May 8, 2021 at 10:30 AM at Sequim Community Church, located at 950 N 5th Ave, Sequim, WA 98382. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kathi’s name may be made to Sequim Community Church or Welfare for Animals Guild (WAG), P.O. Box 3966, Sequim, WA 98382. Sequim Valley Funeral Chapel is honored to serve the family. (360) 683-5242.
