Betty Ann Lockwood Jackson

Betty Ann Lockwood Jackson was born March 13, 1955 to the late John L. Lockwood and Oraline Farlin Lockwood in Quincy, Florida.  On Sunday, September 12, 2021 Betty died at her resident in Quincy, Florida. She was preceded in death by her parents John L. Lockwood and Oraline Farlin Lockwood, brothers Jerry Lockwood and Leroy Farlin, and sister Sarah Lockwood McGee. She attended the public schools in Gadsden County and later practiced group therapy as a coordinator at Apalachee Mental Health Facility.

She leaves to cherish 66 years of memories to her beloved husband Jerome Jackson of Quincy, FL; daughter Renaja Williams of Quincy, FL; granddaughters Remy Wooden and Promyse Hall of Quincy, FL; stepsons Ebony Jackson (Lakay) of Quincy, FL, and Andrew Jackson (Sarah) of Riverdale, CA; brothers Randolph Lockwood (Mary) of Quincy, FL, Burnell Lockwood, Sr. (Katie) of Quincy, FL, Ervin Lockwood (Tanya) and Lawrence Lockwood (Marian) of Havana, FL; sisters Martha Lockwood of Quincy, FL, and Gloria Lockwood Hughes of Atlanta, GA; a devoted friend Pamela Washington; cousin, Terrance Standifer of Sarasota, FL; a host of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and other sorrowing friends.
