Rex Allison, 56 year old Woodward resident, passed away Friday, August 27, 2021 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, September 16, 2021 in the Fargo United Methodist Church.<br /><br />Rex Glenn Allison was born on December 11, 1965 to Lowell Vern Allison and Hazel M. Laverty(Taylor) in Woodward, Oklahoma. He grew up in Woodward and attended Woodward schools. Rex was a Private in the National Guard before coming home and working in the oil field to install septic tanks. <br /><br />Rex also enjoyed reading, drawing, and the outdoors but most of all, loved spending time with family and friends.<br /><br />He is survived by his mother Hazel Laverty and husband Larry; brothers, Abner Allison of Vinita, Oklahoma, Louis Allison and Gerald Allison both of Fargo, Oklahoma; sister, Barbara A. Brawner and husband Paul of Fargo, Oklahoma, other relatives and many friends.<br /><br />He is preceded in death by his father, grandparents, niece, and many aunts and uncles.
