James Marvin Mann Obituary

Jim Mann, 57, passed away on September 11th, 2021 after a hard-fought battle with cancer. Even though cancer got to his body, his spirit could not be broken. His smile and cheer had a commanding presence in any room he found himself in and is still shining today. Instead of in our living room or boat deck he smiles down from heaven watching over us, as an Angel of God.

Jim loved to teach and help others. He took great pride in his profession as a teacher where at any given time you could hear him challenging students on world events or teaching the perfect jump shot, which according to him, he also helped out MJ.

It's true when they say some never meet a stranger and that was true for Jim, but most of all he cherished time with his family. His two grandkids Jace and Paxton, His beautiful daughter Ann, his son Randy, and brother and sister Ritchie and Beth. He will be greatly missed by all his loved ones, but go with solace knowing we will meet again.

“Don’t send stupid flowers. Send donations to the American Cancer Society instead.” -Dad
