Virginia N. (White) Turner 93, died Thursday November 20, 2014 at Rhode Island Hospital. She was the wife of the late Robert A. Turner, Jr. Born in Providence she was a daughter of the late William T. and Eliza A. (Nesbit) White, Sr. Mrs. Turner loved spending time with her family. She leaves one daughter, Beverly Turner-Connor and her husband Thomas E. of East Providence, one son, Robert A. Turner, III and his wife Jane E. of East Providence, three grandchildren, Cynthia N. Turner, Donella M. Turner and Doliesha E. Hazard, one goddaughter, Christine Johnson and many loving great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was the mother of the late Dorothy E. Turner. She was pre-deceased by four siblings. Her funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11:00 AM in Saint Martin's Episcopal Church, 50 Orchard Avenue, Providence. Burial will be private.
