Carol Lorene Maxon

Carol Lorene Maxon was born on August 16, 1947 in Dallas, Texas to Malcom and Lorene Sanderson.  She was married to Michael Maxon, Sr. on July 16, 1966 in Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Mike Maxon, Sr. of De Kalb, Texas; sister, Rita Crowell and husband, Mike of Commerce, Texas; brother, Thomas Sanderson and wife, Angela of Kaufman, Texas; daughter, Deanne Minor and husband, Kevin of Forney, Texas; son, Mike Maxon, Jr. and wife, Tammy of De Kalb, Texas; nine grandsons; ten great grandchildren; and a host of beloved friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, Malcolm and Lorene Sanderson.   Services will be 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 16, 2021 at County Line Holiness Church in De Kalb, Texas with Russell McDonald, Alan Sumner, and Scott Sumner officiating.  Interment will follow at Robert Cemetery in De Kalb, Texas under the direction of Bates Family Funeral Home. Visitation will be held 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. Thursday, September 16, 2021 at County Line Holiness Church in De Kalb, Texas. Memorials may be made to Missions Money for Honduras, c/o County Line Holiness Church, 1618 CR 4315, De Kalb, TX 75559.
