<p>Daniel William &ldquo;Danny&rdquo; Garner, age 60, of Griffin passed away Sunday, September 12, 2021 at WelStar Cobb Hospital.<br /> <br /> Danny was born in Griffin on December 21, 1960. His parents, George Henry and Sara Frances Helms Garner; and a brother, Clay Garner all preceded him in death. He was carpenter.<br /> <br /> Survivors include son and daughter-in-law, Anthony Mitchell and Kimberly Garner of Jackson; daughters, Sara Christine Garner of Albany, Kelly Ann Garner of Williamson; grandchildren, Timothy James Garner, Abigail Elise Garner, Caleb Shane Rivers, Emily Kay Rivers; brothers, Linwood Garner, Jim Garner; sisters, Judy Morris, Donna Gibson, Nora Dodd. Several nieces and nephews.<br /> <br /> A memorial service will be Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 2:00 pm at Pinnacle Baptist Church, 2517 Highfalls Rd., Griffin. Pastor Ray McBerry will officiate.</p>
