Robert Wylie Stewart, 72, of York, SC passed away Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at Piedmont Medical Center in Rock Hill, SC. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 28, 2021 at Lakeview Memory Gardens in York, SC with Reverend Emily Sutton officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery. Robert was born July 15, 1948 in York, SC to the late Robert E. Stewart and Emily Brandon Stewart. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Robert is survived by his wife, Dorothy Culp Stewart, son, Chris Switzer (Meghan), daughter, Lauren Switzer, son, Justin Switzer (Amanda), grandchildren; Jackson, Ross, Brentyn, Kierslyn, Preston and Colton Switzer and sister, Nellie Marie Sturgill. In addition to his parents, Robert is preceded in death by his sister, Linda Jane Stewart. Memorials may be made to any charity of ones choice.
