Linwood Burgess Jr. 64, of Moberly, passed away Saturday, September 11, 2021. He was born September 25, 1956 in Moberly to Linwood  Sr.,and Evelyn (Arthur) Burgess.

He married Andrea Norman September 25, 1992 in Moberly and she survives of the home. Also surviving include children; Christina Burgess, Lisa Burgess, Chasity Jackson, and Deja Burgess, eight grandchildren, nephews, nieces; including a special niece Tina Arthur, other relatives and friends.

Linwood was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Chrissy Burgess, a niece, Dala “Pumpkin” Williams, and a brother Donald Arthur.  He had proudly served his country in the United States Army prior to receiving an Honorable Discharge.

Private services honoring Linwood's life were held followed by committal prayer, military honors and burial at the Oakland Cemetery,.
