Susan (Susie) A. Przybylski

Susan (Susie) Ann Przybylski, age 63, of Winona.

Susie was born on April 25, 1958, to Johanna (Theisen) and Ervin Przybylski.  She unexpectedly went to join her parents in heaven on September 12, 2021.

Susie lived in Winona all her life and attended Winona Area Public Schools, graduating from Winona Senior High in 1978.  Susie was employed at Winona State University for Chartwells food service for almost 42 years.

Susie enjoyed life to its fullest, from her love of family and friends, her job, 100-mile garage sales, shopping, horse shows, parades, holidays, and of course, BIRTHDAY celebrations.  Susie loved people and brought out the best in everyone that knew her.   As quoted by retired WSU Student Activity Director Joe Reed, “She is a person that everyone just falls in love with.  She takes her job seriously in the dish room.  She is always smiling yet shy and never complains.  Susie is a model employee.  She’s a joy to be with and it always humbles me in a sense that there’s a lot we all can learn from her.   She is truly special.” 

We will miss you big sister….we love you!

Susie is survived by her brothers, Dave, Joe (Kelly), and sisters, Kate (Brian) and Toni as well as numerous nieces and nephews, friends and relatives.

Visitation will be held from 4 PM until 7 PM on Friday, September 17, 2021, at the Watkowski-Mulyck Funeral Home, at 376 East Sarnia Street in Winona.  Visitation will also be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 83 Main Street in Rollingstone, MN, on Saturday, September 18, 2021, from 9:30 AM until a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM, which will be offered for Susie and her mother, Johanna, who passed away last September.  Father Chinnappa Pothireddy will officiate.  Susie will be laid to rest beside her parents at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Winona.
