<p>Martha Faye Thomason “Penny”, 65 Dover- Penny Thomason of Dover passed away on Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021, at Kent General Hospital surrounded by family. She was 65 years old. She was born on July 3, 1956, in Salisbury, Maryland.</p> <p>Penny was preceded in death by her mother, Della Faye Adkins and her father, Charles Herman Parsons.</p> <p>Penny graduated from Stephen Decatur High School in Berlin, Maryland. She worked for Shore Stop/GPM Investments in various management positions over the last 23 years. She had a wicked sense of humor, was always willing to lend a helping hand and always “said it like I saw it”.</p> <p>Penny is survived by her significant other, Gerald Greer, her best friend of 37 years, Denise Grupe and her family, her brother, Audie Marvel and his family, her son Jonathan McClements, her daughter Elizabeth “Suey” Barron and her husband Scott Barron, her youngest daughter Kathy Moyer and her husband Clyde Moyer, Jr; her grand children Jerrica Ashley Marie Hann,</p> <p>Steven Andrew McClements, Christiana Mercedes Allen, Brittany Marie Faye Durham, Paul “PJ” McConnell, a slew of great grandchildren, lots of friends and her Shore Stop family.</p> <p>Memorial Service Friday, September17, 2021, 7 pm at Pippin Funeral Home, Wyoming, DE, where friends may call beginning at 6 pm.</p> <p>Memorial donations may be made to the family.</p> <p> </p>July 3, 1956 - September 12, 202107/03/195609/12/2021
