Joe L. Roberson Jr.

Joe Lewis Roberson Jr  "Old Skool" passed away unexpectedly on September 4, 2021. He was born in Dublin, GA to the late Joe Lewis Roberson Sr and Rudean (Mosley) Roberson. 
He completed his education in the East Laurens Public School System. After high school, Joe enlisted in the U.S. Army. Upon an honorable discharge from the service, he began working for the Laurens County Water Department, where he enjoyed a long, satisfying career. 
His favorite past time was detailing cars, taking great pride in bringing vehicles to like new clean.
Left to mourn his passing are his wife, Melanie Lawrence of Providence, four daughters Tasha Blash (Keith), Saundra, Jessica, Vanessa Roberson and one son Kelvin Roberson, all of Georgia; a sister, Sylvia Brown (Mark); brothers Carl Anthony (Hilda) and Keith (Tracy) Roberson, all of East Dublin, GA; stepdaughter Ankeesha Lawrence- Jefferies of Providence; stepsons Antonio Lawrence of Providence and Clark Tolson Jr (Erica) of Dublin, GA.
Grandchildren, a great grandson, a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
