Obituary for Ruth H. Knight Ruth H. Knight, 98, a native and resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana passed away on September 10, 2021. A visitation was held in her honor on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Thibodaux Funeral Home from 9:00 AM until the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. The burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery in Thibodaux, Louisiana. She is survived by her sons, Dudley (Bea) and Curtis (Vanessa) Knight; grandchildren, Amanda (Randy) Weimer, Matthew and Annie Knight; great-grandchildren, Alex and Seth Weimer; and numerous loving nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 72 years, Nolan Knight; parents, Philip L. and Marion Hebert; brothers, Clifton, Scuddy, Dewey, Junius, and Stanley Hebert; sisters, Velma Ledet, Pearl LeBlanc, Doris Naquin, and Merlyn Hebert; and one great-grandchild, Evan Paul Weimer. Her family will always remember her as a loving mother and a devout Catholic. She was a member of Christ the Redeemer's Ladies Altar Society and Adoration Chapel.
