Judith Jackson

Judith Jackson, 75, of Canyon, passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021. Memorial services will be at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Brooks Chapel with David Lough, minister of University Church of Christ, officiating. Judith was born on August 24, 1946 in Wheeling, West Virginia to Elmore and Martha (Wilson) Harper. She married Arthur Jackson on March 19, 1965 in Rockville, Maryland and they moved to Canyon in 1978. Arthur preceded her in death on June 12, 2015. Judith was a long-time member of First Christian Church in Canyon. She was a loving mother, wife, and grandmother and was a firm believer in the Lord. She cared for everyone before herself and always supported everything her family was involved in. She was a wonderful homemaker and also worked as a nurse tech at Connor House for ten years. Judith was also preceded in death by an infant daughter, a son, Jay Arthur Jackson in 1998, and her brother, Richard Harper. Survivors include her son, Bryan Jackson and wife, Tiffany of Canyon; three grandchildren, Brylie, Jaylen, and Hayes Jackson; her sister, Linda Doyle and husband, Kevin of Augusta, GA; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. The family suggests memorials be to Randall County Buyer’s Club.
