<p><strong>Jacksonville</strong> - Daniel Thomas Martin, 66, of Jacksonville, NC passed away peacefully Saturday, September 11, 2021 of natural causes. A funeral service will be held 11:00AM Friday, September 17, 2021 at Jones Funeral Home Chapel. The Graveside Service will follow at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery.</p> <p>Daniel was born on October 18, 1954, in Brooklyn, NY, to the late Joseph and Dorothy Conroy Martin.</p> <p>He was a lifelong resident of Jacksonville.</p> <p>In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by his brother, David Martin; sister, Loretta Perla; and best friend, Ken Hubbard.</p> <p>Those left to cherish Daniel&rsquo;s memory are his daughter, Danielle; son, Daniel; five grandchildren, Matthew, Brandon, Ethan, Tyler and Lilly; sister Kathie Sanders (Bob); several aunts, uncles and cousins.</p> <p>The family will receive friends Thursday, September 16, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Jones Funeral Home.</p>
