Thomas "Tom" Dinkel Obituary

     Thomas "Tom" Dinkel, age 51, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away on September 2, 2021.  He was born on March 18, 1970, to Jack and Marian Rose (Sigler) Dinkel.  He was a 1988 graduate of Washington High School and graduated with honors from the University of Kansas in 1992, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
     Tom was the owner and CEO of Loud and Clear Custom Car Audio in Kansas City, Kansas for over 30 years.  In his free time he enjoyed model trains but his true passion was education.  He considered being a mentor and educator one of his most important roles in life, second only to being a father.  He loved spending time with his family.
     He is survived by his father, Jack of Kansas City, Missouri; his children, Thomas Levi Wayne Dinkel and Lily Rose Marie Dinkel; and a host of friends.
     Tom was preceded in death by his mother, Marian Rose Dinkel on December 8, 1976; his brother, John Wayne Dinkel on June 9, 2009; and his grandparents, Richard C. and Louise (Kuhn) Dinkel; and Myron and Cecilia (Baska) Sigler.
     A Prayer Vigil will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2021 at 5:30 P.M. at Christ the King Catholic Parish, 3024 N 53rd St., Kansas City, KS with a visitation held immediately following from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M.
     A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, September 18, 2021, at

The Basilica of St. Fidelis, Victoria, Kansas with Father James Moster O.F.M. Cap. officiating.  Inurnment will be in St. Fidelis Cemetery, Victoria, Kansas.

    The family will receive friends from 12:00 to 1:00 P.M. Saturday, at the Church.

    Memorial contributions suggested to the Dinkel family, made payable to: Tom Dinkel; or Christ the King Catholic Parish; or The Basilica of St. Fidelis.

     Services are entrusted to Cline’s-Keithley Mortuary of Hays, 1919 East 22nd Street, Hays, Kansas 67601.
