Billy Jamison, Jr.

<p>Billy Jamison, Jr. was born February 19, 1963, to Ishman Billy and Helen Jamison in St. George, South Carolina. He graduated Rule High School, Class of 1981. Known as a jack of all trades, he mostly enjoyed working on cars and being a jokester. Loving women must be added to his repertoire as well. &ldquo;Dollar Bill,&rdquo; as some knew him, was a father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle who will be sadly missed by all especially the many friends he made over his lifetime.</p> <p>Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Icem and Lela Mae Jamison and maternal grandparents, Earl and Valerie Williams.</p> <p>Survived by his sons, Devin, Jermaine, Travis, Tyrone, and Malachi Jamison; daughters, Marketha Holloway, Marketta Loverson and Valencia Jamison; sixteen grandchildren; parents, Ishman Billy and Helen Jamison; siblings, Judy Jamison, Angela (Kerry) Mickler and Asia (Michael) McMahan; nephews, Xavier Jamison and Kerry Mickler, all of Knoxville, TN; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.</p> <p>Friday, September 24, 2021, a public walkthrough is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Greater Warner Tabernacle A.M.E. Zion Church, 3800 Martin Luther King, Jr. Avenue, Knoxville, TN.&nbsp; Social distancing and face coverings are required.&nbsp; Graveside service to follow at New Gray Cemetery, 2724 Western Avenue, where a white dove release will conclude the service.&nbsp; Flowers may be delivered to the church the morning of the walkthrough.&nbsp; Professional arrangements entrusted to Patton Funeral Home, Brian L.
