Macy L. Timmerman

Macy Lucille Timmerman, 28, of Union City, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at St. Rita’s Medical Center in Lima. She was born on June 25, 1993, to Emily (Piekenbrock) Timmerman of Union City and the late Charles “Chuck” Timmerman. In addition to her father, Macy was preceded in death by paternal grandparents, William and Armella Timmerman; her maternal grandparents, Edward and Stella Peikenbrock; her aunts, Pat Siefring and Peg Hart; and her uncles, Dave, Don, and Paul Timmerman, LeRoy Piekenbrock, and Joe Gehret. Macy was one of the most lovable and positive people around. She and her twin sister, Tracy, were two peas in a pot. Macy was caring and compassionate and would help anyone she could. Her bubbly personality and sense of humor was contagious to those around her. Because of her caring and giving heart, Macy was able to be an organ and tissue donor. Her selfless actions will allow others to prosper and her legacy will live on forever. She was a 2012 graduate of Mississinawa Valley High School. Macy worked for VentureLINK in Coldwater where she developed many friends. In her free time, Macy loved doing adult coloring books, playing games, and watching movies, especially her favorite movie, Beauty and the Beast. She enjoyed being outdoors and taking rides on the golf cart. In addition to her mother, Macy is survived by her sisters, Leann (James) Kunak of St. Mary’s, April Timmerman of Union City, Tracy Timmerman of Union City, and Sara Timmerman of Celina; her aunts and uncles, Kay (Tom) Walsh of Bluffton, Pam (Steve) Hartzell of Rossburg, Penny (Steve) Brunk of Union City, Debbie (Tom) Bueter of Rossburg, Marie (Gary) Young of Union City, Gerry (Earl) Hartman of Greenville, Erma (Bobby) Stump of Fort Recovery, Gene Siefring of New Weston, Louis Hart of Fort Recovery, Jan Piekenbrock of St. Rose, Ruth (Ken) Bruns of St. Sebastian, Esther (Rick) Heckman of Versailles, Edna (Alvin) Tebbe of Fort Recovery, Eva Gehret of Yorkshire, Linda (Larry) Plieman of Yorkshire, and Eileen (Art) Siefring of New Weston. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, September 14, 2021, at Mary Help of Christians Catholic Church, Fort Recovery. Burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Guests may visit with Macy’s family on Monday, September 13, 2021, from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM and again on Tuesday from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM at Brockman Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
