Inez Marie Benjamine was born in Jacksonville, Florida on March 14, 1958 to her parents, Johnny Clyde Canady and Chessie Lee Benjamin. She received her education at William M. Raines High School.<br><br>Inez departed this life on Thursday, September 9, 2021. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Wille Mae Canady; father, Johnny Clyde Canady; and mother, Chessie Lee Benjamin.<br><br>She leaves to mourn her passing daughter, Keyonta Davis (Michael Davis); grandchildren: De’Shawn Davis (Jayla Nixon), MaKayla Davis, Jasmine Davis (Darriun Wheeler), and Michael Davis Jr. (Christyn Coleman); great-grandchildren: Darruin Wheeler, Ja’Layah Wheeler, Jayden Wheeler, Michael Davis III, and Christopher Davis; sisters, Tammy Benjamin and Sophretta Franklin (Thomas Franklin); brothers, Lorenzo Benjamin and Cleadell Jackson (Terri Jackson); and a host of other relatives and friends.
