Peters, Shelby

Of Mounds View, passed away suddenly at the age of 51.

She is Survived by her parents, Richard and Sally; sister, Kristen O’Shaughnessy; devoted friend, George Retounotes; and many loving family and friends.  Shelby loved music and all things pink, she will be deeply missed.
