<p>Funeral services for Paul Parmely, 78, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sat., Sept. 11, 2021 at the First Baptist Church in Lusk.&nbsp; He passed away in Casper, WY Sat., Sept. 4, 2021.</p> <p>Paul Eugene Parmely was born June 3, 1943 in Lusk, Wyoming.&nbsp; His parents were Clifford Parmely and Annie (Tillie) Myrup Parmely&nbsp;&nbsp; Paul was the oldest of two children.</p> <p>Paul was raised in Manville, Wyoming and went to grade school at the Manville School, graduating from the Niobrara County High School in 1961.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; In 1962 he married Pamela Graham and they had one son, Perry.</p> <p>Paul was in the Navy from 1966 to 1970, stationed in Long Beach, California.&nbsp;&nbsp; After getting out of the Navy, he went to electronics school in Long Beach.&nbsp;&nbsp; The family moved to Boulder City, Nevada in 1971 where they lived for the next 36 years.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Paul had a TV sales/repair shop in Boulder City and his weekends were spent playing music all over southern Nevada.</p> <p>Paul and Pam retired in 2000 and spent the summers in Manville, moving here permanently in 2007, where Paul played music.</p> <p>Paul is preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Annie Parmely, and his son Perry.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; He is survived by his wife of 58 years Pam Parmely, his sister Carol Parmely Smith from Fort Worth, Texas, daughter-in-law Debbie Parmely, sisters-in-law Sandi (Gary) Wrhel in Buffalo Wy, Gail Graham from Lusk Wy, and Dixie (Jeff) Brewer from Wheatland Wy, and numerous nephews and nieces.</p> <p>The family suggest memorials be sent to Niobrara Senior Center or First Baptist Church of Lusk.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="font-size:14px;"><strong><em>The funeral home would like to advise you that the Memorial Tree Program does not plant a tree in this area or notify the family of your purchase.&nbsp; We are unable to remove this listing, but would like you to be aware of the drawbacks.</em></strong></span></p>

Paul Eugene Parmely was born June 3, 1943 in Lusk, Wyoming.  His parents were Clifford Parmely and Annie (Tillie) Myrup Parmely   Paul was the oldest of two children.
