Soledad Barsatan Rivera, 72, of Tenafly, NJ passed away suddenly on August 29, 2021. Born in Ballesteros, Cagayan, Philippines, she was a Registered Nurse at Englewood Hospital for 40 yrs. Devoted wife of the late Fred R. Rivera, Sr. Beloved mother of Fred B. Rivera, Jr. and his wife Gigi and Stacey Cook and her husband Patrick. Loving grandmother of Sophia and Sydney Rivera. Dear sister of Merly An Asuncion, Rosita Usita, Bonifacio, Rogelio, Francisco, Reynaldo, Efren and Freddy Barsatan. Visiting Riewerts Memorial Home, 187 S Washington Ave, Bergenfield on Thursday, September 9, 2021 from 1-4 and 6-9 PM. All will meet at St. John the Evangelist R.C. Church, 29 N Washington Ave., Bergenfield, NJ on Friday at 9:30 AM for the Funeral Mass at 10 AM. Entombment will follow at Garden of Memories Mausoleum in Washington Twp., NJ.
