     Patricia Ann Franke, age 77 of Saint Paul Park, passed away on August 24, 2021.
     Patricia was the biggest fan and best cheerleader of her children. She was a lover of horses, old cars, and old music. Through her life, Patricia always backed the blue.
     Patricia is survived by her children, Christopher, Keith (Amanda Ressler), Kevin (Kristine), and Katherine (Gary Bibeau); grandchildren, Cassandra, Mica, Brenna, Gage, and Lexi; great grandchildren, Lily and Jordyn; siblings, Ginny Nelson, Barbara Kinney, Davey Kinney, and Brian Kinney.
     She is preceded in death by her husband, Jim; sisters, Linda Frazer and Diana Kinney; brother, Wes Kinney; and parents, John and Katherine.
     A memorial gathering will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Kok Funeral Home (1201 Portland Avenue Saint Paul Park, MN) 3pm-7pm. Private family interment will be held at a later date at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
