<p>Richard A. Sutton<br /> Beloved husband, father,&nbsp;grandfather (Pappy), brother and friend;<br /> Richard A. &quot;Rick&quot; Sutton, 65, of Litchfield, New Hampshire but formerly a longtime resident of Pelham, NH passed away peacefully at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH on Sunday August 22, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.<br /> He was the loving husband for over 45 years of Karen J. (Ewalt) Sutton, whom survives him.<br /> Born on August 21, 1956 in Lowell, Massachusetts, the son of the late George and the late Shirley (Atwood) Sutton, Jr., he graduated from Alvirne High School class of 1974.&nbsp;Rick received an Associate&rsquo;s Degree in Industrial Electricity from New Hampshire Technical College and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Daniel Webster College.<br /> Prior to his retirement after&nbsp;39&nbsp;years of service, he&nbsp;was&nbsp;a Sr. Project and Logistics Manager&nbsp;with&nbsp;CompuCom&nbsp;that was previously known as Wang Laboratories in Lowell, MA.<br /> Rick lived a very active and fulfilling life and he especially enjoyed helping others. He was a New Hampshire Free Mason with Pulpit Rock Lodge # 103, a member of the Pelham Lions Club,&nbsp;and he was also a leader of the Leo Club of the Lions. Rick was a former Pelham recreational league coach; coaching youth soccer, basketball, and baseball as well as the Pelham traveling soccer club.<br /> Rick also enjoyed camping, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.&nbsp;He especially loved building and fixing things. His grandkids lovingly said, &ldquo;If Pappy can&rsquo;t fix it, no one can.&quot;<br /> Besides his wife, Rick is survived by his daughter Brittany A. Salois and her husband Jeffrey of Hudson, NH; three sons Christopher B. Sutton of Dover, NH, Eric R. Sutton and his wife Mandi of Goffstown, NH, and Brandon R. Sutton and his wife Erin of Beverly, MA; nine grandchildren Jack, Hayden, Sophia, Savannah, Emma, Logan, Ava, Emily and Anna;&nbsp;a sister Kathy Neskey and her husband Scott of Pelham;&nbsp;four brothers David Sutton and his wife Sylvia of Kittery, ME, Thomas Sutton and his wife Gayle of York, ME, George Sutton, III and his wife Linda of Brentwood, NH, and John Sutton and his wife Laurie of Temecula, CA; and many nieces and nephews.<br /> Friends will be received on Sunday August 29, 2021 at the PELHAM FUNERAL HOME 11 NASHUA RD in PELHAM for a Memorial Visitation from 2 to 5 P.M.&nbsp;(At the family&#39;s request, the wearing of masks will be required for entrance into the funeral home for the calling hours.)&nbsp; Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Funeral Mass to be celebrated on Monday morning at the PARISH OF THE RESURRECTION,&nbsp;449 BROAD ST. in NASHUA, NH at 10 o&#39;clock followed by his Committal Services at the Edgewood Cemetery also in Nashua, NH. Richard A. Sutton
Beloved husband, father, grandfather (Pappy), brother and friend;
Richard A. "Rick" Sutton, 65, of Litchfield, New Hampshire but formerly a longtime resident of Pelham, NH passed away peacefully at the Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH on Sunday August 22, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.
He was the loving husband for over 45 years of Karen J. (Ewalt) Sutton, whom survives him.
Born on August 21, 1956 in Lowell, Massachusetts, the son of the late George and the late Shirley (Atwood) Sutton, Jr., he graduated from Alvirne High School class of 1974. Rick received an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Electricity from New Hampshire Technical College and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Daniel Webster College.
Prior to his retirement after 39 years of service, he was a Sr. Project and Logistics Manager with CompuCom that was previously known as Wang Laboratories in Lowell, MA.
