Jane G Camiolo, C.P.C.U 1/14/1927- 8/20/2021 Rochester, NY Predeceased by loving parents, Elizabeth and Joseph Gaetano, husband Thomas Anthony Camiolo and brother-in-law Thomas Davis Sr. Survived by beloved sister Connie Davis, sons Thomas (Ronni), John, Joseph (Mary), James (Darryl Ann), many cherished grandchildren Michael (Teresa) Camiolo, Matthew (Nicole) Camiolo, Christie Weidenhamer, John (Lori) Camiolo Jr, Alison (Brian) Fink, Deborah Camiolo, Angela (Aaron) Stormo, Joseph (Sarah) Camiolo Jr, Anthony Camiolo and great-grandchildren Jacob Camiolo, David Stefan, Jarvis Hammit, Aaron Camiolo, Mercedes Odle, Donald Nabors Jr, Leah Camiolo, Hannah Camiolo, Abigail Camiolo, Chloe Camiolo, Amber Dobias, Elizabeth Stormo, George Stormo, Flora Camiolo and Link Camiolo. Jane was an extraordinary woman who was ahead of her time. As a proud graduate from Our Lady of Mercy Class of 1945, she then went on to receive a diploma in risk management from the Insurance Institute of America. Her ultimate goal was to become “Business Master” and start up and own her own insurance and tax business. In 1959, The Jane G. Camiolo Agency, later renamed Greece Agency Inc. was established and continues to be successful today. Her sense of adventure held no boundaries from flying a plane, modeling for Eastman Kodak, to owning her own business in an era uncommon for women to do. She also had many interests that consisted of gourmet cooking, dancing, playing the accordion, traveling, and reading. Friends are welcome to call Wednesday, August 25th from 4pm to 7pm at the Arndt Funeral Home, 1118 Long Pond Road, 14462. Celebration of Life will be held Thursday, August 26th at 10 am at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt.Read Blvd, 14612. Graveside service to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
