CAPARCO, Beverly June, (nee Samson), age 75, of Spring Hill, Florida passed away Saturday, August 14, 2021 at Bayfront Health Spring Hill. She was born in Cranston, Rhode Island, the daughter of the late Thomas and Evelyn Samson. Beverly received a B.S. in Business Education from Bryant University in Smithfield, Rhode Island, a Masters in English at Rhode Island College, and a Sixth-Year Certificate at the University of Connecticut. Beverly taught English and Business Education at Cranston High School East, her Alma Mater. She served as school business administrator for Regional District #11 in Connecticut, business manager for North Providence Public Schools in Rhode Island, and business manager for Thompson Public Schools in Connecticut.

A passionate student of the Bible and devoted Anglican, Beverly loved Christ and His Church. An avid reader, she loved the Classics as well as mystery novels. Beverly studied the art of Uechi Ryu karate, and achieved the rank of Nidan (2nd degree black belt). Beverly enjoyed sailing, especially on the Narragansett Bay, traveling with John in their motorhome, visiting historical sites, attending live theatre, going out to breakfast, visiting with friends, and watching UConn women’s basketball, GO HUSKIES! Beverly was truly A WOMAN FOR ALL SEASONS and will be sincerely missed.  MAY SHE REST IN PEACE

Beverly is survived by her loving husband of 50 years: John Anthony Caparco of Spring Hill, Florida; brother: Thomas Samson of Gloucester, Rhode Island; sisters: Marie Samson of Anchorage, Alaska and Jean Jansen of Cranston, Rhode Island.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 5:00 pm, Monday, August 30, 2021 at Merritt Funeral Home, Spring Hill Chapel; Father Wayne Ogg officiating.
