CAMILA GONZALEZ DE BERMUDEZ EDINBURG - Camila Gonzalez de Bermudez, 95, entered eternal rest Friday, July 30, 2021, in Edinburg. Mrs. Bermudez was born in China, N.L., Mexico and previously from Monterrey N.L., Mexico she had lived in Edinburg for the past 30 years. Camila was preceded in death by her husband, Jesus Bermudez Loredo; four brothers, Tacho, Lucas, Antonio, and Quirino Gonzalez; three sisters, Cruz, Maria, and Quirina Gonzalez. Mrs. Bermudez is survived by her four children, Ramiro (Andrea) Bermudez, Jesus Bermudez, Hortensia Bermudez, and Rogelio (Elvia Perez) Bermudez; 13 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; two siblings, Mauro and Genoveva Gonzalez; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will begin at 9 a.m. with a 11 a.m. Rosary, Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at Legacy Chapels 4610 South Jackson Road in Edinburg. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 4, 2021, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church in McAllen. Interment will follow at Palm Valley Memorial Gardens in Pharr. Funeral services are under the direction of Legacy Chapels in Edinburg.
