Raquel H. Sanchez, age 76, entered into rest on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 in Del io, Texas. She was born February 3, 1945 in Laredo, Texas. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eduviges and Ramona Herrera. Siblings, Irene Herrera, Vicente Herrera and Edward Herrera. Left to cherish her memory is her husband of 56 years, Baldemar Sanchez. Children, Josefina Sanchez, Anabel Sanchez, Baldemar Sanchez Jr. and Dora Galvez. Siblings, Rosa Torres, Valentina Garza, Hortencia Cardenas, Elva Reyes, Ruben Herrera and Eduviges Herrera Jr.. Grandchildren; Mayra Gallardo, Mickey Monteon, Lisa Godinez, Emmanuel Godinez, Raquel Ibarra, Perla Ibarra, Ruben Ibarra, Priscilla Sanchez, Jada Sanchez, Laura Galvez, Daisy Galvez, Paloma Galvez and Paul Galvez. Great Grandchildren; Ruby Vargas Ibarra, Amber Vargas Ibarra, Jade Avalos Ibarra, Giovanni Gutierrez, Genesis Gutierrez, Galilea Gutierrez, Gabriela Gutierrez, Genesis Gallardo, Hector Gallardo, Juliana Gallardo, Jose Godinez, Leslie Godinez, Elianna Godinez, Eliam Ruiz, Isael Rosas, Isaias Rosas, Akyles Ibarra, Asael Ibarra, April Ibarra, Addy Monteon, Izzy Monteon and Lorenzo Monteon. Visitation will be held Friday, August 6, 2021, 4:00pm-8:00pm at Susnet Memorial Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, August 7, 2021, 2:00pm at Templo Buenas Nuevas, 313 W. Garza, Del Rio, Texas. Interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Oaks Cemetery.
