Diana Hernandez, age 63, passed away on July 23, 2021, in San Antonio. Born on September 5, 1957, to parents, David A. Hernandez and Maria Magdalena Gutierrez. Diana loved three things the most in her life, God, her Children & her career. Diana was a committed member of Expect A Miracle Church. She found joy and good through the word of God. She believed that no life tragedy, hardship, or pitfalls could steal her happiness, joy, or peace as long as she believed. Diana saw beauty in everything around her, especially in her children, grandchildren and the ocean where she loved to fish. Diana was a dedicated employee. She served the Northside Independent School District as a trainer for over 26 years. She enjoyed all aspects of training, but most of all her work family. Diana has always believed that her journey of life happened just the way it was intended in order to become the mother, friend, grandmother, aunt, sister she was meant to be. She never questioned, or tried to make sense of the reasoning, she just knew her life had a purpose. Diana is survived by her children, Marcus Sanchez (Genevieve), Rosario Sanchez (Roger), Lisa Ann Sanchez (Trino), and Ted Moreno (Heather); her parents, David and Maria Hernandez & siblings, Teresa Jaimes, Maria Ester Guerrero, Alice Hernandez, Juanita Boone, Cecilia Hernandez, Adolfo Hernandez and Albert Garcia. Diana’s grandchildren, Madison Rose Snyder, Kary A. Sanchez, Ethan Charles Estrada, Tristan Marlene Mena, Serenity Lopez, Stella Moreno, Blythe Moreno, Judson Moreno, and Maxine Moreno; and her great-grandson, Marcus James Herrera.
