Frances Grace Fox, 85, of Panama City, passed away on Friday, July 30, 2021. Frances was born on October 8, 1935 in Susquehanna, PA. She was a friendly, talkative and easy-going person who was very proud of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She worked as a nursing assistant and care provider in the medical field in many settings including many years at Bay Medical Center. Frances was a member of Callaway Baptist Church. In her spare time, she enjoyed gardening and tending her flowers. Frances is preceded in death by her husband, J.V. Fox; grandson, Robert Fox, Jr.; and daughters, Lorraine Fox and Brenda Jean Fox. Left to treasure her memory are her children, James Vernon, Jr., Mickey Lee Fox (Sissy), Ruth Ettia Whitton (Wayland) and Bobby Fox; grandchildren, Alicia, Jamie, James, John, Joseph, Crystal, Sam, Amy, Robert and Brian; and 16 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will take place on Monday, August 2, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at Heritage Funeral Home, with Pastor Jessie Dasher officiating. Interment will immediately follow at Callaway Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.Obituary
