Eddie Turner age 68 of Lenoir City passed away Wednesday, July 28, 2021. Eddie was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and worked at Presstige Printers. He served as ACT President at the Bridge in Rockwood for 2 terms. Eddie loved playing checkers and bowling and was very competitive. He was preceded in death by his parents, Orangie and Geneva ; grandparents, Nathaniel and Vina Williams, Ed and Nancy Louisa Turner. Survived by his sister, Nancy Turner Wilson of Knoxville; brothers: Dan Turner of Wisconsin, David Turner, Tim Turner (Sarah) all of Georgia, and Tommy Turner of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, August 6th at Click Funeral Home in Lenoir City. Memorial services will follow at 6 p.m. with Rev. Joseph McGaha officiating. Family and friends will gather at 10 a.m. Saturday, August 7th at the Loudon Co. Memorial Gardens for graveside services.
