William Henry Watkins (Bill) passed away July 23, 2021 in Virginia Beach, Virginia. He was born March 31, 1928 in Hanover County. He was predeceased by his wife, Tempie Watkins and his brother, Earl Watkins. He is survived by his son, William B. Watkins (Barry) and his daughter, Jean Merie Rodriguez (Raul), six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, three nephews and a niece. He was a Navy veteran and loved country music.
