Loretta S. Tharp, 91, of Martinsburg, passed away on Friday, July 23, 2021 at the Hospice of the Panhandle Inpatient Facility. Born April 15, 1930 in Berkeley County, WV, she was the daughter of the late Walter Arvin and Mable Stokes Arvin. She was a member of the Westview Baptist Church. She is survived by two daughters Debra and Jada Tharp. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack L. Tharp, Sr., one son, Jack L. Tharp, Jr.; three brothers, Elmer, Walter Arvin, Jr., and Curtis Gregory; and one sister, Shirley Gregory. Interment will be at Pleasant View Memory Gardens. Arrangements by Brown Funeral Home.
