<p>Poland, OH.</p> <p>Kristy L. Martin, 55, lifelong resident of East Liverpool passed with her loving family at her side at the Hospice House in Poland on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, following a difficult battle with cancer.</p> <p>Born in Salem on January 12, 1966, Kristy was the daughter of Robert (Lisa) Gorby of Sebring, and Florence E. “Butch” McKahan Ring, and her husband Bill of East Liverpool.</p> <p>She was well known as a waitress at the East Liverpool Pizza Hut, where she worked for 30 years, and she was a 1984 graduate of Beaver Local High School. Kristy had an abundant zest for life, and a special affinity for her family, especially her grandchildren.</p> <p>Left to cherish her memories are her companion of 32 years, Mark Hoffman, her sons, Howard (Rachel) Martin of East Liverpool, Tyler (Marie) Martin of Wellsville, and Dalton Hoffman of Burgettstown, PA., and her grandchildren, Kamryn, Peyton, Ellie, and Easton Martin. Also, she leaves her brother Rob (Liane) Gorby of East Liverpool, her niece, Haydon Gorby, and her children, Knox, Rebel, and Krew.</p> <p>Kristy’s family and friends will celebrate her life at her home, 1746 Montana Ave., East Liverpool on Saturday, July 31, from 1:00 to 6:00 p.m. The Arner Funeral Chapel in Chester is honored to assist her family with these services.</p>Obituary
