Ms. Kym Eastern-Stepney is survived by one son to cherish her memories: Xavier Stepney, of St. Louis, Missouri; parents Kim and Hearie “Joe” Eastern, of St. Louis, Missouri; grandmothers: Johnnie Cole, of St. Louis, Missouri, and Inez Eastern, of Chicago, Illinois; aunts: Mildred “Deanie” Eastern-Scott and Pat Simmons (Kerry), of St. Louis, Missouri; and Lillie Eastern, of East St. Louis, Illinois; uncles: Arthur (Abigail) Eastern of Chicago, Illinois, and Rossi Cole III, of St. Louis, Missouri; special cousins: George and Susie Petty, of Des Peres, Missouri; first cousins Robert “Bobby” Eastern III, Ricky Eastern, Sr., of East St. Louis, Illinois; Andre (LaTanya) Eastern, of St. Louis, Missouri; Leatrina Eastern, of Fairview Heights, Illinois; Dominique Scott, of Creve Coeur, Missouri; Rossi Cole IV, of Chicago, Illinois; Jared Simmons, of St. Louis, Missouri; Simone “Simi” Simmons, of Houston, Texas; Amber Cole, of Dallas, Texas, and many other cousins and friends, including Derrell Hudson, of St. Louis, Missouri; and former husband, Mark Stepney and family, of St. Louis.
