Kathleen M. McCoy, 96, of Dover passed away on Wednesday, July 21, 2021, at the Community Hospice Truman House in New Philadelphia. Born in Dover on November 26, 1924, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Helen (Geib) Miller. She was a graduate of Dover High School with the class of 1942. She married Donald W. McCoy, who preceded her in death on June 23, 1999. She was also preceded in death by her two sisters, Grace Thomas and Ruth Halter. She was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bolivar. She leaves behind her daughter; Deborah Cramblett of Dover and her granddaughter, Tiffany Cramblett. In honoring Kathleen’s wishes, she will be cremated through the care of the Toland-Herzig Funeral Home & Crematory in Dover.
