Elsie B. Clevinger, age 91, of Vero Beach, FL., passed from this life Sunday, July 18, 2021. Elsie was born in Praise KY, December 20, 1929, to the late Clyde Hodge and Etta Hicks Bailiff. Besides both parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Bille J. Clevinger; sister, Lynn Gay Mullins; brothers, Donald Clyde Bailiff, Riley Monroe Bailiff, Ray Hodge Bailiff, Ned Jefferson Bailiff, Arnold Guy Bailiff, Paul David Bailiff, Ralph Jessie Bailiff, Jerry Lester Bailiff. Elsie is survived by her children, Rick Clevinger and his spouse, Robbie, Angela Slonaker and her spouse, Russell V.; grandson, Charles V. Slonaker and his spouse, Melissa; great granddaughter, Adley Slonaker; one brother, John Tilden Bailiff; along with a loving host of family and friends. Elsie was a homemaker a devoted mother, wife and daughter, and a cherished sister to many. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. The family will accept friends at First Church of God, Elkhorn City KY., Thursday, July 22, 2021, beginning at 6:00 PM. Funeral services will be held for Elsie on Friday, July 23, 2021, at 1:00 PM also at First Church of God. Scotty Adkins will be the officiant over all services for Elsie. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home.December 20, 1929 - July 18, 202112/20/192907/18/2021
