Mr. Fuller was born on October 29, 1960, to Teretha and Clyde Fuller in Baltimore, MD. Prior to retirement, Mr. Fuller was employed as a security officer. A viewing will be held Tuesday, July 27, 2021, at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East, 4905 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212, from 3:30 - 6:30 PM. A celebration of life will be held 11:00 AM, Wednesday, July 28, 2021, in the Chapel at Vaughn Greene Funeral Services - East. The wake will begin at 10:30 AM. The burial will be in Western Cemetery, Baltimore, MD.
